PROJECT OF HOTEL & RESTORANT RENOVATION
Hotel and restaurant "Chateau" - the main facade. When creating an image, photorealism was not the primary goal. The main desire was to convey the atmosphere of the city, streets, and frequent weather conditions - so the picture is definitely desaturated purely for artistic reasons.
The night scene was created to show the lighting scheme of the building, the location of lights and other lighting.
The entire scene is fully created and rendered in 3ds max and Corona. No collaging and matte paint.
Reconstruction project of the restaurant and hotel complex. To the existing 6-storey hotel building, an additional 3-storey restaurant building was designed with an operational roof for a summer cafe, a glass transition between the two buildings was designed, as well as a roof on the existing hotel building. For the entire complex, a facade design was developed in the style of "Chateau" (at the request of the customer), which combined them into a single architectural ensemble. The classic architecture of London and Paris served as inspiration for the design of the facade. In fact, the work was difficult and long - the project has undergone a huge number of changes and improvements - it was not easy to catch a combination of an unsuccessful configuration of the existing hotel building and a new restaurant building with the main facade on the main street. Of course, if the complex was designed from a clean slate, the exterior of the building would look completely different.
